I have seen the dark universe yawning
Where the black planets roll without aim-
Where they roll in their horror unheeded,
Without knowledge or luster or name.

Have you ever retired a human... ? Answering  this question is for L.P.D. licensed Killers called "Blade Runner" not as easy as it  seems, because the Nexus6 generation is surely human by their DNA mainstructure, and replicants...
I mean what means "human replicants" if not doubles, even body and mind doubles of human beings! God ( or, more darwinistic, mother nature and environment ) created humans, but scientists did not create replicants, they plagiated somebodys work, changed a little bit (I am sure they didn't read the license agreement), combined some genes and something, but did never create an complete new DNA, even if they did, they did not invent "DNA" at all and they didn't know what happens on their experiments: THE CREATOR OF ALL LIVE, unimportant who that is, used 'em scientists for bearing a new kind of human beings. And Voigt-Kampff-Test isn't conclusive to proof something but the reaction time of the tested humans. To say it clear: Nexus family are nobody's property, and no one has a right to shorten our lifes.

Statement by Dr.Rosen-Tyrell
Dear readers, and you, my dear Clovis, we all know, that replicants are "more human than humans", and there is no reason to retire some replicants. We all know that the "Blade Runner" are legal police officers, who's target not is to kill replicants, but to put them back, if they go astray, to their important tasks making our life much more comfortable, replicants  are charged with. Replicants never were and never will be a hazard to the human society.
The reachable age for all replicants, and I am so worried about it, is only 50 months. But our excellent scientists try to give replicants a much longer live, a double as long if possible. But that 50 months are "the best days of life", and we humans have to grow long for it, and if those days are gone forever, we can only remember it to the end of our lifes.
I hope, that the replicant law, made in former, hysteric post-war times, will be changed soon to give us all on our home planet the benefits of our friendly, with highest precision created replicants.

Comment by Mr. Deckard (former member of L.A.'s Bladerunner unit)
"Replicants are like any other machine, they can be a benefit or a hazard. If they were a benefit, it wasn't my problem!"
